Current Research Interests

  • I am a statistical physicist with an interdisciplinary background, having worked on polymer physics, soft matter physics, biophysics and machine learning. Currently, my primary research interest is in the theoretical modeling of nanometer scale structure formation of polymeric materials using mean field and beyond-mean field theory.

  • 김재업 교수는 고분자 물리, 연성물질물리, 생체 물리, 기계학습 등의 다양한 연구경험을 가진 통계물리학자이다. 최근 본 연구실에서는 고분자 물질이 만드는 다양한 나노구조를 설명하는 평균장을 넘어서는 이론의 개발을 시도하고 있다. 그 외의 다양한 연성물질 및 복잡계에 대한 연구를 병행하고 있으며 기계학습을 이러한 연구에 이용하고 있다.
